Account Deletion – Pop Network
Learn how to delete your Pop Network account. Instructions for in-app deletion, data removal, retention policy, and support contact. Users can request deletion of their Pop Network account directly inside the app.
Steps to delete your account in-app:
- Open the Pop Network app.
- Go to Profile → Security → Delete Account.
- Confirm your choice.
When you request account deletion, your account and all associated data (name, email, username, referral data, earning progress, tokens) will be scheduled for deletion. During the 30-day grace period, your account will be deactivated and inaccessible to others. If you believe the deletion was a mistake, you can log back in within this 30-day period to reactivate your account and restore access to your data. After 30 days, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Data deleted:
- User profile (name, username, email).
- Referral and earning information.
- Balance and rewards.
Data retained (if required by law):
- Transaction logs or legal compliance data may be kept up to 30 days.
